Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, check, and store incoming materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Order Fulfillment: Process orders for our field team, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch of materials.
• Safety and Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Participate in training and certification programs as required.
• Communication: Interact effectively with our field team, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Delivery: Occasionally drive company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites. Ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, exhibiting a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Compliance: Adhere to all codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Take meticulous care of company vehicles and property.
• Timeliness: Arrive punctually and be ready to tackle the day with enthusiasm and a positive mindset.
• Flexibility: Be adaptive and open to a range of tasks that support the entire team.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Driving Credentials: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and an unblemished background.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
