Pacific Air personnel (customer service, repairmen, technicians) are the best in the business. The technicians who come to tune my furnace annually are well trained, always courteous, well-spoken, and take the time show me what the will be doing. (I don't ask, it's just part of their routine.)
Though Pacific Air is generally more expensive than other HVAC companies, it is worth in the long term. I've had several part malfunction and they were replaced. Yes, they were under warranty, but I actually did not know that in addition to the 5-year warranty that Pacific Air has, there is a 20 year warranty on most (if not all) parts.
My only complaint, and very minor, is that the technician forgets to reset the timer for the external air filter. It's easy to do myself, so it's not an issue.
