I do have one request though - and that’s that you send every team member with a mini hand vacuum for their work trucks so that when they’re done servicing a piece of equipment in a crawl space or wherever and bits of stuff/debris/dirt or insulation falls onto the floor or counters - that it get vacuumed up every time without me having to request it. Other than that - it was a 10 out of 10.
