The team that installed my furnace and AC unit was great. Justin and Yevgeniy were very helpful and spoke to me in layman’s terms to help me understand the problems, process, and how to use all parts of the new install. Justin came by to check on the job and was very communicative and polite. The team was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process.
Called and emailed in October, no response so I moved on with a company that wanted my cash out furnace and hot water replacement job. If you can’t return a persons call in a timely manner, you don’t deserve the business! BIG BUSINESS DOESN’T NEED my CASH MONEY
Matthew and Logan did excellent work with superior craftsmanship and expertise. They did a follow-up full duct cleaning post HVAC installation. You didn’t even know they were here, except for the sounds of their work. They were timely on arrival and the dispatch provided accurate arrival times. The office was very helpful and professional to get me scheduled within a week of the HVAC installation. Matthew answered all of my questions about the process and expected outcomes. They provide photographs of the debris found in the registers. I wish the service manager would give the techs a camera that can go into the ducting to see the actual before and after of the accumulation of build up before and after pictures, especially if mold is present, . These camera are easy and relatively inexpensive and can work through a smart phone. The technology is available to put them on a flexible wire or cable that goes into the duct, much like plumber has to locate blockages. That is a suggestion for the front office.
We had three bids and Kyle from Pacific Heating & Cooling was the most thorough. He didn't try to upsale me on anything and made great recommendations. All of the bids were comparable but I chose PH&C due to the thoroughness and the guarantees presented.
I only interacted with the primary installers Jerred and Brendon. These young men were very professional and courteous, even while I was standing over them asking questions. They put in a 12 hour day and I never noticed them complaining or slowing down. They both seemed to take pride in their work. I was happy with how the electricians chose to run their cable.
This was a big investment and I recommend getting a bid from this company.
Jessie arrived in a timely manner. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. She showed me pictures of the problem she found. She told me what was needed to fix it. She shared what the cost would be and got my permission to do the work. Overall the experience was great. My furnace was getting warm even before she was out the door. I would recommend this company and this technician.
