Technicians showed up on time and were super friendly and professional. Unfortunately the parts I needed had to be ordered but they communicated the issues and took care of everything. Im super pleased with the service provided.

We have the club plan. Twice a year pacific comes out to service the HVAC system. They are always professional and friendly. William was the last tech to visit. He did exceptional! I recommend them.

Our service technician was approachable, professional, and knowledgeable about our system. They provided “look fors” to keep an eye on, but the overall health of the system is good! The tech was right on time and they were thorough work. Job well done!

I’ve just had a 75-gallon tank water heater replaced by Pacific Heating and Cooling. I was very impressed by the work of the technician Jason Dodd. Jason pays attention to details. He’s very professional and modest. Jason was patiently answered all my questions. When he completed his work, he explained everything that he’d done to me. Jason strikes me as a kind man with very high work ethics. I would highly recommend Jason to my families and friends.

Love how Pacific Heating Cooling is transparent about everything they are doing and the cost is explained. We love our new heat pump system. Tim is an excellent technician and provided top notch customer service.
