I scheduled the appointment one day and they were here the next. They did a full tune up of our furnace and AC to get us ready for the summer. I really appreciated all the time Mike took in getting everything checked out and explaining everything he found. We will use Pacific Heating and Cooling again in the future.

We had a heat pump installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team (Brendon S. & Janeth E.) were friendly, professional, arrived on time, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained everything thoroughly, checked in with us throughout the day, answered all our questions, and left the work areas spotless when they were done. The system is working great, and we’ve already noticed the difference in comfort!

Another heating company came in. They looked at the thermostat. They looked at my heater. They went down into the crawlspace of the house and had told me that I needed a new heater and more air docs. I called Pacific. Brandon came out extremely knowledgeable and professional looked at the thermostat, looked at the theater. He said it needed a cleaning. There was one clogged duct!!! Saved me thousands of dollars I’ll definitely use this company again and Brandon deserves a raise 😁
