Guys were professional and respectful. Looks like they did very good work. Haven’t got to really test the system yet with a bit of a cold front but the installation went smoothly.

Benicio was our technician from Pacific Heating and Cooling, and he performed our regularly scheduled maintenance service on our two heat pump systems. He was courteous, personable, and professional throughout his time here. After I showed Benicio where everything was, he explained everything that he was going to do in detail, and kept me apprised of his progress throughout the visit. At the end, he provided me with a complete summary, written and verbally, of his findings regarding the status of our two heat pump systems. I am 100% satisfied with the work Benicio performed. I chose Pacific Heating & Cooling’s comprehensive maintenance service plan contract and pay monthly, which makes their services very convenient.

Connor was very professional and polite, fully explaining each facet of his visit, costs involved, and worked diligently to clean dirty coils without charging extra as he was requested only to inspect. He provided me with a breakdown of his findings certifying the work he did and the efficiency of the heating/cooling system. I was very impressed and pleased with his work and recommend him highly.
