Pacific Heating & Cooling techs were very thorough, personable, and professional. They found no issues with our furnace or AC units. The thermostat turned out to be our issue. They replaced the wall thermostat and furnace mounted control units. Have used Pacific H&C several times over the years and have always had good service from them. Would definitely recommend their services.

Kyle and his assistant did a fantastic job. They kept me up to speed on what they were working on. They were very polite and courteous. When their job was completed they shared with me the results of the maintenance invoice at the end.

The technicians are always courteous and professional, and Jake certainly lives up to that standard. They answer any questions we may have.

Excellent response to our after hours service call. Problem was addressed and fixed in two hours. Jessie, the technician, was personable, thorough and knew immediately how to fix the problem. We have had decades of excellent customer service from Pacific Heating and Cooling.

Professional and spent a good deal of time cleaning system. Was very thorough and took documented photos of cleaning and went over findings with recommendations for prevention of future problems.

JJ came out and inspected my ac. It didnt take very long and he came back and gave me a full report and his findings. Very professional and great service. He was very clear about the inspection. I plan to use them for all my HVAC needs.
