Christian was very informative knew what he was doing. He was very well spoken. He explained everything he didn’t mind me watching him. He was quick to find the issue And resolve it I will definitely recommend this company, especially Christian. I called several companies before I looked on my furnace and saw that they had installed it. I called them they picked up, which was surprising because it’s a Saturday and they sent somebody out immediately. I did not expect that they are affordable and didn’t try to price gouge me because it was the weekend which shows what kind of company they are highly recommended and if you can request, a tech Christian was amazing.

On time, informative, and polite

Pacific Heating and Cooling originally installed our furnace and have done a great job on yearly preventative mx. Their automatic yearly checkups make maintenance a breeze and their technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them.

I bought a new furnace from this outfit last year. They sold me some club membership for a few hundred dollars at the time. Furnace has been working fine although at top prices they still managed to sell me a thermostat without Bluetooth capability and anytime I asked the service folks or even the management I've been given such a cock and bull story that for a few months I give up asking. Anyway the furnace was working without any problems since installation and we were happy until this past Wednesday we were honored by a "free inspection and tune up." I put free in quotes since as mentioned before I obviously paid for it by buying into the "club." Once the tech left big puddles began forming around out furnace in the garage. I called them this morning. Did they come and fix the problem? yes they did but my question is did: why is it necessary to damage something that isn't broken? And how come at well over %10000 this thermostat has no Bluetooth capability? Is it because that way the bottom line can be padded?

Jake was amazing. On time, very respectful of our property, and thorough. He knew exactly what was wrong right away, but took time to run a complete evaluation on the system to make sure everything was running properly.

Jessie conducted the six-month check-up with her usual excellent service. She is one of the reasons why I like Pacific Heating and Cooling.

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. They did complete retrofit in 2.5 days! Permits and all. The most amazing part was not one corner was cut during the whole process.

From the start, the crew they sent out was phenomenal. Not once did we have any thing stressful or negative happen.

Sean and Aleck helped us figure out what we needed, talked us through our options, answered every question we had, and made sure someone came out same day to help. They were genuinely amazing to work with. Honestly they set a great tone on what to expect from the company.

Tony handled the planning, figured out what would actually work in our space, and walked us through the costs clearly and thoroughly. He made sure we understood everything, never rushing us. Most of all he listened to every concern we had. He handled everything personally and made the whole process feel surprisingly smooth. Not once did he pressure us into anything we didn't want. It was a great experience to have him in our home.

From there, Jason, Cameron N., and Brent W. took on the installation. All three of them working 13 straight hours so we'd have no real lapse with heat and hot water. Every one of them was beyond professional and friendly. Most of all polite with our space, and extremely courteous. We couldn't have had a better experience. The work they did was honestly exceptional, their eye for detail was above and beyond trade standards.

The work itself is genuinely beautiful — clean ductwork, smart digital systems, everything installed with care. You can tell all of them take pride in what they do. It sounds silly to say but the systems they installed are gorgeous.

We highly recommend not only Pacifica Heating and Cooling, but each person we got to work with throughout the process. They are all true paragons of their trade. The service we had genuinely makes the price worth it.
