The Pacific Installation Promise

The investment that is quoted is what you pay. If something unforeseen is discovered the day of installation you will not be charged. Peace of mind. Period.

No matter the season, your system should keep you comfortable. We guarantee it will maintain 70° inside your home—even when outdoor temperatures reach 20° or climb to 85°. If it can’t meet that promise, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

We guarantee the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction within the first two years, we will remove the system and return 100% of your investment.

Your installation will comply with all local code. We pull permits on your behalf. We handle everything related to pulling and organizing the permit/inspection process. Permitting all installations we perform is non-negotiable to protect your investment and peace of mind.

Your work will be performed by professional, highly trained, background checked and drug free technicians.

We are guests in your home. Our culture is on display at every home we serve. Our technicians will not swear or use tobacco products while on your property. We put our best foot forward.

All property such as landscaping, flooring, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective floor covering will be used on all work areas.

Every regularly priced piece of equipment includes a 3-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty—and we handle the registration for you.

  • Labor coverage can be downgraded to 1 year or upgraded to 5 or 10 years for added peace of mind.
  • If you’re selling your home, your warranty may be transferable to the new owner—just give us a call and we’ll take care of the process.

Overall I have been very happy with Pacific and would recommend. Unfortunately today only gets 3 stars…because despite the techs great work, I was informed that several parts are not working properly and had to replace one. Further, he said it’s likely other parts will need to be replaced in the future and this is normal for a 10 year old system. We’re now scheduling someone to come talk about the choice of that or replacing the entire system. All of this comes after a May 5 maintenance visit in which we got the “all normal” from that tech. It’s left me wondering why I’m paying the monthly premium. So again, overall ive had a great experience with Pacific…up to now. Hopefully we can get some resolution without breaking the bank.

JULY 2025 UPDATE
This update has taken too long to do, and my apologies. Pacific was great in sending someone out to talk options with us, and refunding most of the May 5 visit. A/C is running...but as they say "on borrowed time." It is 10 years old and out of warranty. We are in that classic situation of either continuing on as is, possible having to replace parts as we go...or getting a new system, which despite Pacifics great work, is a big lift. But. they have been great.

I have had the absolute worse experience with this company, every tech they have sent out has said something absolutely different and the most recent tech came out detached the drain on my HVAC and left it detached, I had to call and requests someone come re attach it and they are now saying its a $2000 fix that was attached and fine until they came and did a consult now it can not be re attached. I would never ever refer them or suggest anyone use this company.
