Though our heat pump is still having issues, Pacific Heating & Cooling maintain the same promptness and desire to remedy the problem with respect and courtesy. This is a huge deal, especially when so many companies (in all fields) lose interest when a problem persists and they’re having difficulty figuring it out. This company is on it. We understand that mechanics (not the people) can be defective from the plant. Machines fail, like new cars with Lemon Law, it does happen. We have absolute trust in PHC and American Standard who supplied the unit to get our unit up and running the way it should.
I don’t write bad or good reviews; I leave real reviews. My reviews always represent my true experience with companies rather it is a positive or a negative experience. I called up Pacific Heating & Cooling because our furnace blower would not cut off and ran 24-7. The house was a new build when we bought it, and our furnace was no more than 2 or 3 years old. PH&C sent out a technician that did a 30-minute diagnostic and told me I needed a part that would cost (with parts and labor) upwards of $1400. I gave him the ok to go ahead to order the part, however in the meantime my realtor had another technician come to the house and check out the system and he said the PH&C technician was wrong and there was nothing wrong with that part. PH&C contacted me a few days later about installing the part and I told them what I was told by my realtor’s technicians. The agent said she would send a more experienced PH&C technician to my house free of charge, so I said OK. The “more experienced” technician came to my house and after a 1 hour plus inspection, he assured me one of the relays were bad and that would 99% fix my issue. I said OK and I gave him the ok to order that part and schedule the service. The “more experienced” technician came in about a week later, installed the new relay, and GUESS WHAT? IT STILL DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Next, I was told by PH&C that they would send a “supervisor” to my house to check out the system free of charge. So, the “supervisor” arrived at my home, checked out my system and basically stated that my whole system from the ground up was garbage and the builder did everything incorrectly. In short, he sent me a quote for almost $4000. HAHAHA! I decided enough was enough and called up Kliemann Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning. Kliemann sent out a nice young lady (Maria) who diagnosed my system and stated the board for the blower was not working properly and would need to be replaced and the part was under warranty so all I would have to pay is the labor cost. They contacted my furnace company, got the part and Chuck came back and put the part in for me. Guess what? IT WORKED LIKE A DREAM AND FIXED THE PROBLEM INSTANTLY! Thank you, Klieman Brothers! In closing I was warned that PH&C was a rip-off company, but I gave them a chance anyway and, in the end, I should have listened to other customers. After speaking to a so called, PC&H “service manager” who seemed anything but sensitive towards my legit negative experience with his company and all the time I had wasted with his technician’s, more experienced technician’s, and supervisor’s bogus diagnoses of my issue, they decided to refund my $131 initial diagnostic fee. Well, whoopee doo (in my Adam Sandler voice)! $131 is good principle but it can’t buy back my wasted time! He asked me if there was anything PH&C could do to earn back my trust and business. I said I would never do business with this company again and will recommend to every and anyone I know to stay away from this slimy company. Yes PH&C, there is one last thing you can do for me; If I do call you, it will be a mistake and please direct my call to Klieman Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning. What a joke of a company PC&H! Throughout this ordeal, I felt completely frustrated by the lack of proper diagnosis and transparency from Pacific Heating & Cooling. The repeated visits and conflicting opinions from their staff only added unnecessary stress and confusion to an issue that, in hindsight, was straightforward for a competent technician. I genuinely appreciate Kliemann Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning for their honesty and efficient service, which saved me significant amount of time and money. Hey PC&H you better take notes from Kliemann on customer service, technician competence, and just how to conduct business!

I had an odd smell coming from one of the vents. Pacific Heating and Cooling sent Julius to my house within the hour, after 5pm!!!! Turns out it was nothing more than the system hadn’t been used in a couple of months and was musty (for lack of better words!)
