Well, I was able to get same-day service and realized what was wrong with my thermostat and the maintenance of my Furnace and I thought it was very reasonable and athe gentleman was very good about explaining and showing me what I had been neglecting so I really appreciate everything and I will be sticking with Pacific heating and cooling. We were very impressed with the whole process beginning with Josh, our comfort care advisor, and then Ryan and Jake doing the installation of our new furnace and thermostat just two days later. Josh came to our home and spent time answering our questions and after taking their measurements needed went through in detail helped us with the heating system we needed.
Ryan and Jake built our new system, and the furnace and new thermostat were installed. We really appreciated the care taken of our home and entry area as they worked all day. Both Ryan and Jake took time answering questions we had about the system and Ryan stayed after to help us do the set up of the new thermostat. We appreciate them and would definitely recommend them, as well as Pacific Heating and Air!

Technician arrived on time. Covered his shoes upon entrance to the house, very polite person. After his inspection, he explained very well and in detail all observations and recommendations. Kudos to this technician.

Great company, would definitely recommend. All the techs that have serviced my house and the crews that installed my ac, were very good. Fast and clean work. Very informative and helpful towards any questions or concerns I've had. Always take care of any service tech that comes to your house, regardless of trade. Make their job easier and they will take care of you, coming from an electrical service tech.

Christian King was on time. Very kind and knowledgeable. He reviewed with me all the work completed and informed me I could have copies of the pictures he took of the repair process. I appreciate the agency. I have found they are trustworthy and do good work. I have worked with them more than 10 years. Christian King is the great face of Pacific Heating & Cooling. I will continue to call on them for any of my furnace needs. I trust them and they do great work. If possible I would request Christian King again next year for my annual furnance tuneup.

Nicholas was fast and efficient. Went over our concerns and then did our maintenance. We signed up for the service contract it’s so nice they call us when it’s time to be serviced and take care of everything!

Hunter was on time, very helpful and respectful. He did his work quickly and efficiently. It was a club service call and so. money was charged
