I had an excellent experience with Pacific Heating and Cooling. The technician, Ryan, came out to review and service my ductless heating and cooling system. He was professional, efficient , and took the time to make sure everything was running perfectly and answer any questions I have. Their Comfort Care Plan is really great to have. I highly recommend their company for installation and service.

Tyler and his team members Ian and John took great care of my home for the air duct cleaning service they performed. In particular, Tyler was very patient in answering any questions I had and took time to educate me about their process. Him and his team were all very courteous and personable. Highly recommend Pacific Heating Cooling as they also went above and beyond to address a scheduling mix up that occurred and made it right. Felt valued and appreciated the accountability they took to make it right.

Have used Pacific Heating + Cooling for many years + their service has always been outstanding. Logan Cross went the extra mile and removed the AC insulated compressor blanket to keep rodents from nesting + did a great job on the annual heater cleaning and inspection. Thank you, Logan

I had my furnace and AC unit tuned up… The techs: Joseph & TJ were able to accommodated my special request… Both were extremely professional, Communication skills were out of this world and got all the work done in a timely fashion. Once again, Pacific heating and cooling is top-notch and they are the ones I always turn to for all my heating, cooling and I found out hot water heater needs 👍🏼
