Tech was great. Very considerate of our house and professional. I already knew this was going to be a diagnosis rather than getting the heat back on. Obviously, they can't carry parts to fix thousands of heating systems on their vehicle. I already had a good idea the problem, but spending $130 for him to get me pictures of the inside of the heat exchanger and other parts was worth it. I was able to get my heat working with a $120 part that I ordered and installed myself. Having the tech out reassured me that my 19 year old system is doing just fine for it's age. It's very obvious sales are a big part of their job but he tried to get it working before the sales pitch came. He probably already knew the issue but we all have guidlines to follow at work.

Tech that came out, after 5:00PM, was Landon. What an amazing tech: courteous, quick to diagnose the problem with the furnace, and even spent time humoring a very curious household of 4 kiddos. Absolutely would recommend Pacific and Landon in particular.

Benicio came out and inspected my furnace. It didnt take very long and he came back and gave me a full report and his findings. Very professional and great service. He was very clear about the inspection. I plane to use them for all my HVAC needs.
