Liam was kind and courteous. Was very nice and fast to get to work. While he was going through the settings on my thermostat he noticed my snake cage and asked me what was in there. I pulled out my snake and showed it to him. He was apprehensive, but curious he even held her, which was pretty cool considering he was pretty nervous. Every time I have had a service done by Pacific Heating and Cooling I have been very happy. I have never had an issue and would highly recommend to anybody to either get a replacement or service done by them. I promise you will be happy.

JJ came on time , worked hard and explained things as he went along. He checked everything and put in a new filter plus added some “pellet” to the air conditioning system. Excellent work.

Good communications! He was able to give me confidence about my system’s recent new thermostat. (Following week) During the next week, I discovered, this tablet was sitting by my furnace. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be put in for the purifier or cleaning some waterline? Or if it was just an extra one. Could someone follow up with what should be done about this? Thanks

Gentlemen, that showed up Josh was very professional very nice to deal with sense of humor almost although I just have more of a sense of humor and seems like everybody anyway he was nice very nice. Inform me of everything as he was going through. He got done. He came out. We did paperwork check the van. Everything was good.
