Great service

William arrived on time for our heating system tune up and quickly explained what it would entail. He was polite, thorough and provided us with a detailed explanation of what he found, what he recommended, and what tasks he carried out. We couldn’t be more pleased with this encounter, and with Pacific heating and cooling

After having neglected our air handler and heat pump for a couple of years, we finally got Pacific Heating & Cooling out for maintenance. My call was handled well and they were able to get us on the schedule within three days! Julius, our technician, was on time, extremly curtious, and communicated well in explaining the condition and care of our equipment. I would recommend PH&C to family and friends. We have made the choice to sign up for their ongoing service 'club' so that we don't forget to properly maintain our now seven year old system.

Daniel did an amazing and thorough job and helped my grandson and I understand the thermostat controls better. Also how the heating and cooling worked. My grandson was intrigued.
Today's evaluation and tune up with Isaiah was wonderful. He was thorough and helped me with changing the thermostat, explained everything before and after. Great job!

Hassle free and good service with payment plan for members . Tech do explain and keep you in loop on every step with any extra charges with details explanation. They don’t force or push you for any reason. It’s up to you what you like to do once they explain in details. Our tech person has more knowledge and was very detailed oriented. Definitely will recommend.
