I needed quick service, they were able to get me scheduled immediately and they cared about what I was experiencing. Every part of the process from scheduling to appointment completion was easy and handled with care and urgency for my issue. The appointment was scheduled for 8:30AM, he knocked on my door at exactly 8:30AM. Anthony (the technician) was friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, and it ended up being less expensive than I thought it would be. Also, don't be like me and let your annual maintenance program lapse, this company has saved me so much time and money in the past by catching minor issues before they became major issues. I didn't have to wait for parts, he had everything he needed on his truck, my furnace is back up and running, I couldn't be more pleased. Pacific Heating & Cooling has made me a customer for life.
