    We install your new heating system with care and accuracy. Then we run detailed performance tests—checking airflow, safety controls, and temperature output to ensure your system works exactly as it should. Most installations are completed in just one day.

    Before we leave, we walk you through your new system, help set your thermostat, and make sure you feel fully comfortable and in control. We handle all permitting, and leave your home clean and protected.

The Pacific Installation Promise

The investment that is quoted is what you pay. If something unforeseen is discovered the day of installation you will not be charged. Peace of mind. Period.

No matter the season, your system should keep you comfortable. We guarantee it will maintain 70° inside your home—even when outdoor temperatures reach 20° or climb to 85°. If it can’t meet that promise, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

We guarantee the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction within the first two years, we will remove the system and return 100% of your investment.

Your installation will comply with all local code. We pull permits on your behalf. We handle everything related to pulling and organizing the permit/inspection process. Permitting all installations we perform is non-negotiable to protect your investment and peace of mind.

Your work will be performed by professional, highly trained, background checked and drug free technicians.

We are guests in your home. Our culture is on display at every home we serve. Our technicians will not swear or use tobacco products while on your property. We put our best foot forward.

All property such as landscaping, flooring, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective floor covering will be used on all work areas.

Every regularly priced piece of equipment includes a 3-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty—and we handle the registration for you.

  • Labor coverage can be downgraded to 1 year or upgraded to 5 or 10 years for added peace of mind.
  • If you’re selling your home, your warranty may be transferable to the new owner—just give us a call and we’ll take care of the process.
