Top-notch, professional service and maintenance. I cannot be more happy to work with Pacific Air
Brendon did great work. Pacific heating and air Club membership helps me stay on top of regular maintenance that I don’t want to do.
William was very professional and thorough and did an outstanding job
We are so happy with the service provided by Pacific Heating and Cooling! Our tech was very informative and kept us updated along the way while installing our AC unit. He corrected multiple issues with our furnace that were made by previous owners and even went the extra mile to clean it out when he was under no obligation to do so. A couple of issues came up during the installation but they did not charge us for anything extra because of their “No Surprises” guarantee so we still paid the same amount we were originally quoted. We had a great experience with this team and will be continuously going through them for any future needs.

Austin was very thorough and explained as he went along.Service is always great!
The maintenance service from Pacific Heating and Cooling was solid—professional, thorough, and exactly what I expect from a routine visit. However, the sales pitch at the end caught me off guard. I was told I’d save 15% if I joined their club on the spot, but the pressure to commit immediately didn’t sit well with me. I declined at the time, discussed it later with my wife, and ultimately decided to join the club anyway. While we’re satisfied with the quality of the service itself, the high‑pressure sales approach was not something we appreciated.
